A valid contact number and e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking at our restaurant.
All restaurant bookings are subject to availability.

Guests are asked to arrive at their designated sitting time. If guests are running late for any reason, please notify us by telephone as soon as possible.
 
Guests should note that there is no guarantee that the table will be held for any longer than 1 hour.
 
Food or drink not purchased from the restaurant cannot be consumed at any of our premises at any time. If this is not adhered to, a service charge will apply.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits for reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes guests that have a reserved seat and do not show up. 

Table Allocation
 
Due to many requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our table or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.
 
As a guide, if you choose to reserve far in advance, there is a higher chance we can offer you a table or a specific area of the restaurant. However, we cannot always guarantee this availability due to other bookings and table configurations.
 
Allergy Information
 
Guests should always advise the restaurant of special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurant, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
